Privacy Policy
Tack (a product of Code75, “we”, “us”) operates tack.run. This notice covers the site as it exists today: a pre-launch marketing page and a waitlist. It does not cover the tack platform itself, which is not yet generally available — a separate notice governs data processed on behalf of tack’s customers once that ships.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is the email address you submit through the waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, company, or phone number. The form includes a basic, invisible anti-spam check that collects nothing from human visitors.
tack.run runs no cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. The only network request the page makes is the waitlist submission itself.
Why we collect it
To notify you when tack becomes available and to reply if you write to us about joining. That is the entire purpose. Your legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by submitting the form.
Who processes it
We use Resend, a transactional email provider, solely to deliver the waitlist confirmation and our own notification. Resend acts as our processor for this purpose. We do not sell your email address or share it for advertising. Where a processor we use is located outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it. We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule — see below for how to request erasure at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
Contact / exercising your rights
Email waitlist@tack.run with your request. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described here, not silently edited in.
